I don’t understand why doctors can be sued for malpractice, and bankers, etc cannot. There are standards of practice in banking and finance as there are in medicine, so why not?

I will start believing anyone is serious about financial reform when some bankers and CEOs start doing serious jail time. Until then it is all smoke and mirrors and bread and circuses.

Yes, unlike Bonds et al. Cabrera broke a rule, and if you want to call him a cheater, fine. And he was suspended. The DOJ, so far as I know, have not been involved. So what the hell is your point?
